BANANA RAITA RECIPE
Ingredients: 3 Ripe Bananas 2 cup Yoghurt 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder (Raai) 1 tsp Sugar (Cheeni) 2 Green Chillies (Hari mirch) As required Salt (Namak)
How to make banana raita: - Slit the green chillies.
- Cut the bananas into small pieces.
- Beat the yoghurt in a blender.
- Mix the yoghurt with all the remaining ingredients thoroughly.
- Serve in a glass bowl.
