Banana Raita


3 Ripe Bananas
2 cup Yoghurt
1/2 tsp Mustard Powder (Raai)
1 tsp Sugar (Cheeni)
2 Green Chillies (Hari mirch)
As required Salt (Namak)

How to make Banana Raita:
  • Slit the green chillies.
  • Cut the bananas into small pieces.
  • Beat the yoghurt in a blender. Do not over beat.
  • Take the yoghurt out in a bowl and mix with all the remaining ingredients thoroughly.
  • Banana raita should be served chilled.
