PLAIN PARATHA RECIPE




Ingredients:

1 cup Wheat (Gehun) flour
pure ghee for frying



How to make plain paratha:

  • Knead the dough well and make a round ball out of it. Roll it a little.
  • Fry it on a hot griddle using pure ghee on both sides.
  • Serve hot.
