Coconut 1 cup grated
Green Chillies 2 nos chopped
Yoghurt 2 cups
Raisins 1/2 cup Cut into halves
Salt use as required
Corriander leaves 2 tbspns chopped
How to make Coconut Raisin Raita:
- Beat the yoghurt and sugar in a bowl until thoroughly dissolved.
- Add all the remaining ingredients. Serve garnished with the corriander leaves.
