SAFFRON CUP RECIPE
Ingredients: Saffron 2 pinches
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Sugar 6 tbsp
Ice-cubes 12
How to make saffron cup: - Heat the saffron on a very slow flame. Rub in a little warm water until the saffron dissolves.
- Add the lemon juice and sugar and mix.
- Add 3 cups of water and mix well.
- Put into 6 glasses, add 2 ice-cubes per glass and mix well.
