Learn how to make besan ladoos with fried besan (gramflour) in ghee added with sugar, cardamom and cashewnuts.
2 cups milk
250 gms gram flour
150 gms. ghee
200 gms. powdered sugar
2 gms. elachi powder( cardamom)
10 gms half cashews
- Fry the besan in a kadai by adding ghee little by little.
- When the flour is golden brown and emits a good smell, remove from fire and add powdered sugar, elachi and cashews.
- Make ladoos out of it when the mix is hot.
