10 to 12 slices bread
2 tsp mustard seeds
2 curry leaves
4 to 5 chopped green chilies
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp chopped cilantro (corriander)
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
- Soak the bread slices in a little water for a few minutes. Squeeze out the water and crumble throughly.
- Heat the oil and fry the mustard seeds. When crackle add the onions and curry leaves and fry again until onions are golden.
- Add tomatoes, green chilies and ginger cook for a minute.
- Add the crumbled bread, tomato ketchup, lemon juice, coriander and salt. Cook for a minute. Serve hot.
