Carrot Halwa

Ingredients:

1/2 kg chopped carrot
1/2 can condensed milk
15 tsp sugar
4 tsp ghee
Cashew
Elaichi

 

How to make Carrot Halwa / Gajar ka Halwa:
  • Put ghee in a pan and fry the chopped carrot.
  • Add sugar to it.
  • After the sugar melts and the paste thickens add condensed milk and stir till it thickens further and you feel the aroma.
  • Add powdered elaichi and cashews.
  • Halwa is ready.
