12 florets cauliflower
1 sliced onion
2 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
a bunch of coriander
5 tsp vegetable oil
How to make gobi ki tari wali sabzi:
- Boil the cauliflower and set aside.
- To tomato paste add little water followed by chilly powder, garam masala and salt.
- In a non stick skillet heat little oil add sliced onion stir and cook until onions are soft. Add cauliflower and tomato paste. Stir and cook for 3 minutes until it reaches a gravy form.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander.
