Here is a fusion chaat recipe. Cheese corn chaat is pot pourri of all the ingredients mixed with ketchup, mint chutney and peanut butter.
150 gm cottage cheese diced
100 gms diced amul/processed cheese
8-10 sliced babycorn
100 gms shelled corn
1 diced capsicum
2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2-3 tbsp peanut butter
2-3 tbsp mint chutney
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 small onion (chopped)
8-10 mint leaves
1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
- prepare the cheese, corn, capsicums or any other ingredients of your choice.
- in a bowl, combine the chutneys and sauces together with the ingredients. Toss well.
- serve in a plate, top with onions, mint, coriander and chaat masala and serve immediately.
