Chinese Fried Rice Recipe

Chinese fried rice is made by cooking vegetables with onion, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and adding boiled rice. Learn how to make Chinese fried rice.



Ingredients:

1 ? cups rice
4 sticks celery
100 gms (each) Beans, Capsicum, Carrots, Beans, Peas
1 bunch of spring onions
4 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp ajinomoto
Salt to taste
2 to 3 green chillies
1 1/2 tsp vinegar & chilly sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce

How to make Chinese Fried Rice:
  • Cook Rice with a little unsalted butter so that the rice does not stick to each other. Keep aside.
  • Cut vegetables into long strips. Chop the Spring Onions. Keep aside.
  • Heat Oil on a low flame, add the spring onions and fry for a few minutes add the vegetables and ajinimoto. Fry on low flame for 5 -6 minutes.
  • Add the soya sauce, chillie sauce, rice, salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
  • Serve hot with chillie vinegar.
