Galouti Kababs Recipe

Experience the enticing taste of spices, with papaya and gram flour mixed with lamb mince. Learn how to make galouti kababs.

Ingredients:

1000gms lamb mince
1 tblsp cardamom powder
3 tblsp garlic paste
3 tblsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp mace powder
5 tblsp raw papaya paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
3 tblsp roasted and powdered gram
salt to taste
oil to shallow fry

How to make Galouti Kababs:

Freeze mince for about 15 minutes.
Mix the ginger, garlic and papaya pastes, red chilli powder, salt, mace, cardamom and roasted gram flour with the mince.
Divide into 28 portions and roll into balls between palms.
Flatten balls slightley and shallow fry over low heat till both sides are light brown.
Serve it.
