1000gms lamb mince
1 tblsp cardamom powder
3 tblsp garlic paste
3 tblsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp mace powder
5 tblsp raw papaya paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
3 tblsp roasted and powdered gram
salt to taste
oil to shallow fry
- Freeze mince for about 15 minutes.
- Mix the ginger, garlic and papaya pastes, red chilli powder, salt, mace, cardamom and roasted gram flour with the mince.
- Divide into 28 portions and roll into balls between palms.
- Flatten balls slightley and shallow fry over low heat till both sides are light brown.
- Serve it.
