Green Chutney Recipe
Here's a delicious south Indian green chutney recipe that can be enjoyed with any snack. Learn how to make hari chutney made from coriander and coconut.
Ingredients:
5-6 green chilly (hari mirch)
1 cup coriander leaves (dhania patti)
2 cup coconut powder (nariyal burada)
1 tsp salt (namak)
1 tsp mustard seeds (rai)
2 tsp oil
How to make Green Chutney:
- Wash and chop dhania and hari mirch.
- Grind nariyal burada, hari mirch, dhania, namak and water to make a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and crackle rai in it.
- Then add it to the paste.
- Serve green chutney with dosa or idli.
