Herbed Potato Mushroom Cups

Herbed potato mushroom cups is prepared by placing the stuffed mushrooms on a bed of sauce. Learn how to make herbed potatoe mushroom cups.


250 gm freh button mushrooms
for the filling
1 cup potato (boiled and mashed)
1 tsp mixed herbs
1tbsp butter
1/2 tsp garam masala powder

For The Sauce

1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt/pepper to taste
water as required

For Presentation

1 cup green peas
3-4 tbsp grated cheese
1 tbsp butter


How to make Herbed Potato Mushroom Cups:
  • clean, wash, scoop the mushrooms.
  • combine ingredients for the filling and stuff the mushrooms.
  • bake in an oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • to prepare the sauce, dissolve peanut batter in a water and mix all other sauces; cook on a low flake for 10 minutes.
  • serve sauce as a bed, place mushrooms over and garnish with peas tossed in butter and cheese.
