Honey Ice Cream Recipe
Honey ice cream is made by blending honey, eggs and fresh cream. Here is an easy recipe for how to make honey icecream.
Ingredients:
1 cup clear honey
2 1/2 cups thick cream
2 eggs
2 yolks of eggs
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
How to make Honey Ice Cream:
- Whisk yolks, whole eggs and sugar with the blender.
- Boil water in a pan and place the egg mixture over the pan and beat it till mixture is thick and smooth.
- Beat cream till soft peaks form and add honey and vanilla essence.
- Mix it well with the egg mixture and freeze until firm.
