Imli Ki Chutney Recipe
This spicy and sour chutney is made by mixing jaggery, chilli powder, coriander seeds and cumin seeds in the tamarind pulp. Learn how to make imli ki chutney.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tamarind
2 tbsp jaggery
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seed powder
1/4 tsp coriander seeds
Salt to taste
How to make Imli Ki Chutney:
- Grate the jaggery.
- Crush the coriander seeds
- Soak the tamarind in 3/4 cup of warm water for 30 minutes.
- Squeeze out the pulp from the tamarind mixture.
- Add the jaggery, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander seeds and salt and mix well.
- Strain the mixture and serve the Amli Ki Chutney with salted savouries.
