Kalakand is a famous sweet dish with is made by cooking milk with ingredients like condensed milk, sugar and curd.


1 tin condensed milk
2 tblsp yogurt (curd)
2 tsp sugar
2 cups milk


How to make Kalakand:
  • Boil milk and add curd to curdle it.
  • Add sugar and condensed milk and cook on slow fire.
  • Remove the mixtures when it overflows at the sides of the pan.
  • Cool and cut into pieces.
