Khari Murghi Ma Sali

1 kg chicken (cut into pieces)
2 finely sliced onions
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 piece cinnamon stick
1 tsp salt
1/2 kg finely cut potatoes

  • Heat the oil and fry the sliced onions, light brown.

  • chicken pieces and brown both sides, then add
  • cinnamon stick. Add a little more water, cover
  • and put in the oven, 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours, or till done.
