2 kgs yoghurt
1 kg litchi pulp
2 tblsp mango pulp
4 tblsp water
120 gms cream
sugar to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon
- Peel the litchis and liquidise litchis, yogurt, mango pulp and sugar in a mixer.
- Dissolve gelatine in water and add to the mixture.
- Add cream. Pour into a wet mould. Chill in the fridge till firm and decorate with litchi fruit and whipped cream.
