Mango Coconut Chutney

1/3-1/2 cup sour raw mango pieces
1 cup grated coconut
4-6 red chillies
a small piece of asafoetida
salt to taste


How to make Mango Coconut Chutney:
  • Heat one tsp of oil, fry asafoetida in it and remove.
  • In the same oil, roast the chillies.
  • Grind them with coconut and mango pieces to a smooth paste.
  • Add salt to taste and mix.
