Mango Juice

Learn how to make mango juice.


5 cups mango pulp
4 cups Sugar (Cheeni)
4 cups Water
3 1/2 teaspoons citric acid
1/4 teaspoon orange colour
1/2 teaspoon potassium metabisulphite


How to make Mango Juice:
  • Dissolve sugar in water and boil.
  • To it add mango pulp and boil again.
  • Dissolve citric acid and potassium metabisulphite and in 114 cup of hot water, mix it in pulp.
  • Pour into sterilised bottles and cork tightly.
  • Keep for one week before serving.
