Mango Juice Recipe
Learn how to make mango juice.
5 cups mango pulp
4 cups Sugar (Cheeni)
4 cups Water
3 1/2 teaspoons citric acid
1/4 teaspoon orange colour
1/2 teaspoon potassium metabisulphite
How to make Mango Juice:
- Dissolve sugar in water and boil.
- To it add mango pulp and boil again.
- Dissolve citric acid and potassium metabisulphite and in 114 cup of hot water, mix it in pulp.
- Pour into sterilised bottles and cork tightly.
- Keep for one week before serving.
