Mango Mohanthal Mousse

Fusion recipe of mango and Indian mohanthal mousse.


2 cups mango
400 gm mohanthal mithai
2 tbsp assorted nuts chopped
1 kiwi fruit
8 – 10 strawberries


How to make Mango Mohanthal Mousse:
  • in a transparent glass, pour a layer of the mango pulp at the base, sprinkle the crumbled mohanthal mithai, on top, sprinkle some nuts; repeat the layer with mango mousse and then the mithai, top it up finally with chopped dry fruits and chill completely.
  • Serve cold.
