Mix Vegetable Bhajia

1 cup gram flour
Sliced Vegetables (as per your taste) – potato, eggplant, cauliflower, onion, plantain
a pinch of sodium bicarbonate
Salt to taste
2 tsp rice flour
1 tsp red chilly powder
Oil to deep fry


How to make Mix Vegetable Bhajia:
  • Mix gram flour, rice flour, chilly powder, sodium bicarbonate and salt with water to a thick batter.
  • Dip thinly sliced vegetable in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve crispy bhajji with coconut chutney.
