Mushroom bhaji is made by sauting onions with mushrooms and garlic. Learn how to make Indian mushroom bhujia or kumbh bhaji.
2 large onions, thinly sliced
125 gms ghee
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
1 clove garlic, chopped
375 gms mushrooms, sliced
- Melt ghee in a saucepan, saute onions for 3 minutes or until tender.
- Add turmeric, chilli and garlic, saute for 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms, saute over low heat or until mushrooms are ready.
