Mushroom Rice

Learn how to make scrumptious mushroom rice or kumbh wale chawal.


3 cup hot cooked rice cooked in chicken broth
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup cooked green peas
2 tblsp vegetable fat, melted
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt to taste
1 tblsp diced red chilly


How to make Mushroom Rice:
  • Combine rice, mushrooms, peas vegetable fat seasonings and red chilly.
  • Heat until vegetable are hot- about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Toss lightly.
