Mushroom stir fry includes the button mushrooms as well as the oyster mushrooms. Here is the recipe for how to make Indian mushroom stir fry.
250 gms Button mushrooms (halved or sliced)
125 gms Oyster mushrooms
4 tblsp Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
2 tblsp Ground coriander
Salt and ground black pepper
3 tblsp Fresh parsley chopped
- In a large saucepan, heat the oil and add all the mushrooms. Stir well cover and cook gently for five minutes.
- Stir in the garlic, coriander and seasoning. Cook for another five minutes until the mushrooms are tender and much of the liquor has been reduced.
- Mix in the parsley and allow to cool slightly and then serve.
