Nariyal Ki Chutney Recipe

Here's a delicious coconut chutney that can be enjoyed with any south Indian dish. Learn how to make Indian nariyal chutney for dosa.



Ingredients:

2 cup fresh coconut (nariyal)
3 green chilly (hari mirch)
1/2 cup roasted Bengal gram (bhune chane)
1 cup curd (dahi)
1 tsp salt (namak)
1 tsp mustard seeds (rai)
2 tsp oil

How to make Nariyal Ki Chutney:
    Cut coconut into small pieces.
  • Cut hari mirch also into pieces.
  • Remove the outer covering of chane.
  • Now grind nariyal, dahi, namak, hari mirch and bhune chane in a mixer.
  • If required add little water.
  • Heat oil in a pan and crackle rai in it.
  • Then add this to the above paste.
  • Serve nariyal chutney with dosa or idli.
