Parsi Poro

Learn how to make Parsi poro with egg which could be made instantly and eaten with toast.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 onion
2 green chillies
few coriander leaves
1 small piece of ginger
1/4 tsp salt
pinch black pepper
pinch chilli powder
pinch turmeric
2 tblsp ghee or oil

 

How to make Parsi Poro:
  • Chop the onions. ginger, coriander leaves and chillies fine.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs well.
  • Add in all the above ingredients.
  • In a frying pan heat the oil till hot and pour the mixture in.
  • Sprinkle a little oil over the top, taking the oil from the pan.
  • As soon as the lower side is cooked and turns light brown, gently turn the omelette to cook the other side.
  • This omelette is flat. Serve with hot bread or toast.
