Pineapple Sheera

Learn how to make toothsome pineapple sheera. Pineapple Sheera or ananas ka sheera is very nutritious and very healthy as it is made from milk, pineapple, cashew and raisins.


1/2 cup Rava
1/2 cup atta
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp cashew
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp almonds
2 gm safrfron
1/2 cup ghee
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water

For Garnishing & Serving

1 pineapple boat
1 grape bunch
1 strawberry


How to make Pineapple Sheera:
  • In a thick bottomed pan, on a very low flame, fry the rava and atta for 10-12 minutes.
  • Add in the sugar and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Add in the pineapple juice,water and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • If required add in the milk.
  • Add saffron and chopped dry fruits and mix well and finally mix in the pineapple chunks.
  • Serve warm in the pineapple boat, garnish with grape bunch and strawberry.
