115 gms potatoes
30 gms refined flour
15 gms butter
15 gms salt
How to make Potato Cakes:
- Boil and mash potatoes. Add flour, butter and salt and roll out into 1/8 inch thick rounds.
- Cut into rounds and cook on hot greased griddle.
- Brush with melted butter and serve the Potato Cakes hot.
