Raw Mango Chutney Recipe
Learn how to make tantalizing Raw mango chutney with corriander to be served with vegetarian and non vegetarian tandoori dishes.
Ingredients:
2 pieces medium size raw mango
70 gms corriander leaves
3 green chillies
5cm ginger
2 cloves garlic
salt as per your taste
1 tsp sugar
How to make Raw Mango Chutney:
- Cut the raw mango in medium pieces.
- Wash the corriander leaves.
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend into a fine paste.
- This chutney goes well with all Veg and Non Veg tandoori or barbecue items.
