Rice Flakes Kheer

Learn how to make rice flakes kheer with the flavour of cardamon and raisins.


2 cups milk
1 cup rice flakes (aval)
jaggery to taste
10 raisins
1/2 cup coconut powder
3 tsp sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp ground cardamom


How to make Rice Flakes Kheer:
  • Soak the rice flakes and jaggery in milk for half an hour.
  • Bring to boil the milk with flakes along with cardamom and raisins.
  • Keep boiling till the milk is absorbed and flakes are tender.
  • Finally add the condensed milk and mix well. Garnish it with coconut powder.
  • Serve hot or cold.
