Learn how to make rice flakes kheer with the flavour of cardamon and raisins.
2 cups milk
1 cup rice flakes (aval)
jaggery to taste
1/2 cup coconut powder
3 tsp sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- Soak the rice flakes and jaggery in milk for half an hour.
- Bring to boil the milk with flakes along with cardamom and raisins.
- Keep boiling till the milk is absorbed and flakes are tender.
- Finally add the condensed milk and mix well. Garnish it with coconut powder.
- Serve hot or cold.
