250 gms sweet potatoes
50 gms molasses
1/2 cup grated coconut
Salt a pinch
Oil to fry
How to make Sweet Potato Sukyan:
- Mash sweet potatoes after cooking. Add molasses, salt, cardamom powder and coconut and make small lime size balls.
- Make a thick batter for the coating.
- Dip the balls in the batter and deep-fry them.
- Drain and serve.
