Sweet Potato Sukyan

250 gms sweet potatoes
50 gms molasses
6 cardamom
1/2 cup grated coconut
Salt a pinch
Oil to fry


How to make Sweet Potato Sukyan:
  • Mash sweet potatoes after cooking. Add molasses, salt, cardamom powder and coconut and make small lime size balls.
  • Make a thick batter for the coating.
  • Dip the balls in the batter and deep-fry them.
  • Drain and serve.
