Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
Enjoy mouth watering rich and easy vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce recipe. Learn how to make vanilla icecream.
Ingredients:
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
3 tbsps cream
2 eggs
1 1/2 level tbsps gelatin
1/2 cup hot water
How to make Vanilla Ice Cream:
- For the ice cream:
- Pour hot water over gelatin and mix till gelatin melts.
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk well till thick and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture into iced bowl and chill.
- After an hour remove and whip again.
- Refrigerate till firm.
- Serve in sundae glasses topped with caramel sauce.
- Caramel sauce:
- Take 1 cup sugar with 5 tbsps water and heat it on high flame till mixture becomes golden brown.
- Add 3 tbsps of hot water and remove from heat.
- Chill the mixture and add cream and nuts.
- Toss it up top of the ice cream.
