Vanilla Ice Cream

1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
3 tbsps cream
2 eggs
1 1/2 level tbsps gelatin
1/2 cup hot water


How to make Vanilla Ice Cream:
  • For the ice cream:
    • Pour hot water over gelatin and mix till gelatin melts.
    • Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk well till thick and creamy.
    • Transfer the mixture into iced bowl and chill.
    • After an hour remove and whip again.
    • Refrigerate till firm.
    • Serve in sundae glasses topped with caramel sauce.
  • Caramel sauce:
    • Take 1 cup sugar with 5 tbsps water and heat it on high flame till mixture becomes golden brown.
    • Add 3 tbsps of hot water and remove from heat.
    • Chill the mixture and add cream and nuts.
    • Toss it up top of the ice cream.
