RAWA IDLI RECIPE
Ingredients: Semolina 1 cup Curds 1 cup Green chillies 4-5 A few cashew nuts A sprig of curry leaves Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Salt Ghee 3tsps
How to make rawa idli: - Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds. When they crackle, add curry leaves, chopped green chillies and cashew nuts.
- Then add semolina and roast for a while.
- Cool and add salt and curds to it. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Grease idli cups and steam in an idli vessel for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with sambar and chutney.
